Dye Information

Dye charge $12.00 per pair. Fabric swatches must be at least 1" by 1", but larger is preferred. Send swatches through regular mail, along with your order to Dyeable Shoes Etc, or specify in the "Comments Box" on the order form that you are sending a swatch to us, we will set the shoes aside until we get your color swatch. You can also select from our pre-made designer colors on the "Color Collection" page, this is a faster option of about 3 days dyeing time.

We also have a large selection of Ivory shoes in Diamond White(Lightest Ivory) Light Ivory (most popular) and Medium Ivory on the website at no additional charge. Remember All Dyed Shoes Are Not Retunable Or Exchangeable.

Dyed shoes will be returned to customer 10-14 days after receipt. No Returns or Exchanges on worn or dyed items, or decorated shoes.

COLORS WILL LOOK DIFFERENT FROM INDOOR TO OUTDOOR (NATURAL) LIGHTING!

Color changes in different light settings are due to the fabric being dyed, and are unavoidable. For example, peaches, beiges, and taupes look pinkish in outdoor lighting. Grey may look lilac. Please be specific about your lighting environment. Dark colors are less susceptible to change. If there are any questions about this, please call our toll-free number for clarification between 10 AM and 5 PM Eastern Standard Time.

A semi-shiny finish, available in most styles, perfect for all gowns in vibrant colors and muted colors. Satin is the most popular finish.

Below is helpful information on selecting your dyeable shoes, bridal shoes, prom shoes and women’s evening shoes based on heel heights, Narrow, Medium and Wide widths.

How Heel Height Measurements Work

The heel heights for our selection of women’s formal shoes, bridal shoes, prom shoes and wedding party shoes are all measured to the inside of the heel and not the back of the heel. This heel measurement conforms to how shoe manufacturers measure heel heights. Be aware that this standard of measuring heel heights will add about a half an inch (in actual height) to the listed heel height for all shoe products

The Larger the Shoe Size, the Higher the Heel Height

Heel heights are actually determined by the size of the shoe. The larger the dyeable shoes, (Dyable Shoes) Wedding Shoes, the larger the actual heel height - Thus the heel height gets proportionately higher. For instance, if one were to order a woman’s formal shoe in size 6 (with a heel height of 1 inch), the heel height on a size 11 shoe (in the same style) would be approximately 1/4 to 1/2 inch higher to accommodate for the size difference.

Heel heights are measured to the inside of and NOT the back of the heel. To get the actual height you should add about 1/2 inch to the listed height.

Ordering

You have two options to order:

  1. Online Credit Card Order: Once you're ready to place your order, simply go to the Shopping Cart page, click 'Place Order', then fill out your information. On the next page, you will simply fill in your payment information. That's it, is easy, and it's secure!
  2. Phone or Mail Order: If you prefer to call or mail in payment, you will still use our Shopping Cart. Once you've gotten your order together, go to your Shopping Cart and click on 'Place Order'. The next page will ask you to 'Select Your Method of Ordering'. Type in a valid email address under 'Offline Ordering', and click on 'Display Order Form'. Once the form opens up, just print it out. At this point you can either call in your order, or fill out the form and mail it in. You may call us TOLL FREE at 1-813-681-9523 to place your order by phone. If you receive our recorder, please leave a message and we will reply promptly.

Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! Please read the following information carefully, and call or e-mail with any questions.

To exchange or return:

You can place a new order for the desired item, and we will ship it and charge your credit card. You can then return the item you wish to return to us for a full credit.

All returns MUST be sent to Dyeable Shoes, not to the factory. Shoes must be repackaged as they were received. Items not received in good condition are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Failure to send returned or exchanged items back to the correct address will result in a 20% service charge. You have 60 days from the time of the factory shipment to return or exchange your items. All items returned within this time frame can be fully refunded or exchanged less shipping charges.

Customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping charges.

Soiled, worn or dyed items are not returnable or exchangeable. Items are considered soiled if they are dirty and unable to be resold. All shoes should be test fitted with stockings on to avoid toe marks. If your shoes are received back with toe marks no refund or exchange will be given. Any items sent back soiled, worn or dyed can be sent back to you at your request and you will be responsible for the ship back cost.

— Your purchase is shipped brand new and direct from the Dyeables™, Touchups, and Colorful Creations warehouses. Items that you return to Dyeable Shoes must be in the same new condition as they were received. This means the shoes must have all tissue paper and the shoes must be in their plastic bags. NOTHING SHOULD BE TAPED TO THE BOX. The shoe box and any other items must be sent back inside a corrugated box (like the one it came in) to prevent any damage. Do not put your shoe box in an envelope (FedEx envelope for example) or simply tape up your shoe box and put an address on it. This will destroy the box and thus will not be accepted back by the factory for return. Your return of merchandise will not be accepted if it is not sent back in the proper new condition. Returns not accepted will be disposed of or shipped back to you

Shipping charges are not refundable. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your items back to us. We suggest Delivery Confirmation from the U.S. Postal Service. It is both quick and cost effective.

Decorated Dyeables (shoes with a decoration applied to them) can not be exchanged or refunded. Only apply a decoration if you are sure you are going to keep the shoe. Decorations can be applied easily with fabric glue once you determine that the shoes fit.

Shipping Information & Cost

Your purchase is shipped with standard UPS Ground at the low flat cost of just $5 per pair! The factory warehouse ships all in stock orders within 1-3 business days after your confirmed order. Most orders, however, ship out from the warehouse the same or next business day after you place your order! Ship time will vary depending on how far your destination is from the shipping warehouse. We reserve the right to ship some orders via USPS Priority Mail. Contact us for International shipping.
